I’ve been taking this for a little more than a week. There has been no stomach upset or indigestion as with other vitamins. I have Celiac & really bad allergies including multiple food allergies. This seems to be working well for me. I highly recommend you giving it a try. I really like that pure encapsulations doesn’t put a lot of unnecessary junk into there vitamins. For those of us with multiple allergies it can be hard to find good safe vitamins. Thank you pure encapsulations.

I love that this formulation is made without gluten and that it’s got the nutrients I need.

I choose to order this supplement because of the quality combination of ingredients that is included. The methyfolated B vitamins, the combination of vitamin D and K, and the boswellia serrate were all factors in my decision. As of this review, I have only been taking it a couple of weeks ,but it is easy to swallow and does not have any taste associated with it. Pure Encapsulations is a brand that I trust. While this particular vitamin is advertised for those avoiding gluten, I think it can be used by anyone.

I take one capsule a day and feel more active.

The majority of the supplements that I buy are from Pure Encapsulation because in my experience they are the best and are also recommended by my Naturopathic Doctor. I have to give them a five star without trying this product. I have used their products for over 9 years. Would love to try this one, but does not qualify for prime. So, so, sad!!! I Definitely will buy it once is qualify as a prime product.

Worth the money. Much better than other vitamins.
