As with any supliment who really knows but it seems fine, comparable to other brands that I have tried. Product was all usable, no damaged pills in bottle. As to effectiveness it does have the same diuretic properties as I have experienced with other brands. Will buy again.

Great for liver

I periodically cycle on and off Milk Thistle as a general maintenance for healthy liver detoxing. The product has minimal additives or dyes.

I like the fact that Amazon promptly replaced the product when I asked for a replacement because the "best used by date" came before the product could be used. Unfortunately, they replaced it with one with the exact same use by date. Since most of it will be used by the date, and I will only be taking it for about three months and then take a 3 to 6 month break before taking it for 3 months again, I just kept it. Thus the reason for three stars.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
