I have heard a lot about elderberries during flu season and for immunity. I really like these gummies, they are not too sweet and they are easy to chew, my kids enjoy them as well so it makes it easy for me to give them to them.
I love these i have 4 kids and keeping there immunity up is a priority and these have done just that :)
