Fell short of the claims
Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.

Worth every penny
Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for.

Wouldn't buy again
Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it. Quality felt inconsistent between batches — color and texture varied.

Five stars, no notes
Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.

Great price for the dosage
Shipped fast and the seal was intact. Taste is mild and it stirs in without a blender.
