[[VIDEOID:dc877ed42b41b7eab6924837ede311e8]] I had previously ordered the Keto Green Alkaline Protein Shake (15 Serving Pack), which packaged each serving individually inside the larger zip-lock bag.<br /><br />Although normally I prefer powders to be in canisters instead of bags like these; this worked out fine in that case, since each serving was individually packaged AND also there was NO ISSUE with the larger bag's sealing mechanism becoming non-operational.<br /><br />I found the product to be tasty, easy to mix into my morning smoothie, satiating and it also seemed to do a pretty good job of curbing my cravings and keeping my energy up. Since I had a good experience with the product my first time out, I decided to order the larger 40 serving package.<br /><br />I received the product on Sunday. Upon feeling the package, I realized that this powder wasn't indiviually packaged like the previous one.<br />This morning I used scissors to carefully cut it open - making sure I didn't cut anywhere near the zip-lock mechanism. After cutting the top off the bag, As I opened the bag one side of the zip-lock immediately came unglued from the bag, rendering the zip-lock USELESS!<br /><br />I'm shocked and appalled that the producer of such an expensive product would opt for such an inferior type of packaging! If you can charge $100 for your product then surely you can take the care to have it packaged properly so that customers will be able to close it securely and preserve the integrity of the product.<br /><br />Although I feel this is probably a 4 1/2 star product, I will only give 2 due to the fact that for the high price paid, the packaging is TRASH!

I love Dr. Anna Cabeca’s products! I read reviews before buying the keto green protein and saw few complaints but all in all great reviews! I wanted to make my own decision and I ordered it. I am loving this protein shake! I use one scoop per meal replacement for breakfast, add in half of an avocado for creaminess and added nutrition, then add unsweetened vanilla almond milk but you can also just use water. Sometimes I’ll add 1/2 cup of frozen mix berries as berries are on the low glycemic range. Some have complained about the bag coming apart— I don’t understand how that could happen unless that persons bag was damaged during shipping perhaps? I gave the cost a 4 out of 5 stars because it is on the expensive side but I know that the ingredients are quality and I’d rather put my money towards healthier food items now vs. ending up on costly, liver intoxicating medications in the future. I decided to add this product to my subscribe and save list to help with cost and to make sure I never run out. I also subscribed to the Mighty Maca packets. I just purchased her Keto Green 16 book coming out May 5, 2020 and added her other discounted items offered like this keto green protein as her offer was well worth the price of all the products that are included in her book pre-order! Highly recommend! And PLEASE get her Julva cream!!! You won’t want to be without it ever again! I hope this review helps someone. NOTE: For those just starting out changing their eating habits it may take you a while longer for your taste buds to adjust to eating healthier foods because over the years of eating ”food” with loads of preservatives, artificial ingredients and added sugar we think this is what food is supposed to taste like. Over time, once you are off of overly processed food you will no longer want to go back to eating those Oreos or fast foods— it will taste like fake plastic “food” to you! It feels so good to give what my body needs to keep it working properly and to honor how hard it works to keep me living and breathing each day! 😊.

I brought this protein meal replacement to try and lose weight. I have used this product for a month now and have lost around 5 lbs. it tastes good. I mix it with almond milk or coconut milk along with mango, leafy greens, and avocado. The smoothie is thick and has a rich chocolate taste. I used Chico almond milk and it tasted like a chocolate brownie. I just received my second bag. I take a smoothie to work for lunch and have one for breakfast in morning. I find that I don’t get hungry before lunch. A little pricey but worth the money.

Taste

The powder dissolves well with water. You aren’t left with clumps sticking to the side of your glass. Texture is ok. You can mix it up several hours before consuming without it turning into something weird. Taste is tolerable. I chose vanilla. The big deal for me is Dr Anna’s claim for the product to keep you full until the next meal is correct. I purchased it because I already trusted Dr Anna from reading her Hormone Fix book and the fact that she got an endorsement from Dr Perlemutter for her new book, Keto Green 16.

OMG I'm not a picky person but this shake's is awful. I have to force myself to eat it.
