Bought for my 14 yr old son. These have given him more energy, cleared his acne up on his face and helped his metabolism.

My son has braces and didn't want gummy vitamins. We found these GNC Teen non-gummy vitamins and thought we'd try them. The size is larger then I expected but he has no issues with that. He did tell me a few times that he actually likes the taste of them and it reminds him of cake. In fact he just asked recently if I can get more to make sure he doesn't run out (he has over a month left!). The vitamin percentages are solid on these so I know he is getting what he needs as he continues to grow.

I’m a huge fan GNC multivitamins. I have tried many other brands over the years and I rate GNC vitamins as the best single pill multivitamin. Yes they are large and yes they smell and taste funny, but they are effective. I feel better and my hair and nails are healthier when I take them. These however are targeted at teens, who will not use a product that is either difficult to swallow or tastes bad. Come on GNC, you are great, but double the dose and halve the size, for your customers sake.

Made my son nauseous. We tried cutting back to one tablet and eating with lots of food. Still made him sick. Yikes. Moving on.

This was one of the only age appropriate multivitamins that I could find that had most of all of the vitamins and minerals I was looking for. It's also very affordable. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the size is a little large for my son and he would very much prefer to swallow something smaller.
