Better than the name brands
For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.

New staple in my routine
No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried.
