Best Magnesium supplement on the market!

I’ve been taking magnesium supplements for at least 6 months to help with my migraines and muscle soreness after daily workouts. Until I changed to this supplement I haven’t noticed much difference. Since starting Mag Relief 400 I haven’t had a migraine, I have fast muscle recovery after workouts, and the annoying eye twitch that has been bothering me for weeks is gone. The capsules are easy to swallow. No running to the bathroom with stomach distress. I’m so happy with this supplement!

Not for me apparently

I've been taking high quality magnesium supplements for 2 years now. (mixes of glycinate/malate/threonate, etc) I've tried several different brands and I take around 1,000-1500mg daily with no issues until recently. My favorite brand was out of stock, so I bought this brand one month ago, and a few days after I started taking it, I started to having very loose stools. I thought it would get better after getting used to this supplement, so I've taken it every day for a month now. (reduced the dose a bit, tried taking the dose spread out throughout the day, etc) but I've had chronic daily loose stool this entire time for a month straight. I was hoping to at least finish the bottle, but I don't think I will lol. I guess I just don't tolerate higher doses of this brand very well.

Don’t wait! Try this great product for yourself!

It was time to replace my magnesium. Since I wasn’t seeing any health improvements on the brand(s) I had been taking I decided to research the types of magnesium. There are many types of magnesium. Most over the counter only contain one type. On to Amazon where I found Zeal Premium Chelated Magnesium Mag Relief! I have only been on it 1week thus the 4 stars. I rarely sleep but with Zeal I am beginning to get back some sleep. I had constant deep painful leg cramps - I have not had one cramp. I have venous insufficiency, varicose veins, swelling and restless leg syndrome. I firmly believe all this will improve with continued use of this product. I was beginning to have anxiety, difficulty breathing & heart palpitations. These are also improving. And this is the first supplement/medication I have ever taken that did NOT aggravate my GERD/indigestion. That alone is worth taking this product. I am going to keep taking this product. Will post an update on the outcome. But don’t wait. Try it for yourself. I believe it will be helpful for us all!

Good buy

This is my first magnesium product, but it works as expected. On my sister's recommendation, I added both Magnesium and Turmeric to my daily routine. I've read that magnesium isn't easily absorbed into the digestive system and it should be applied topically, but if I ever take an epsom salt soak the bottoms of my feet itch LIKE CRAZY. It's doing its job from the inside, as far as I can tell. For almost two weeks now, I take one pill in the morning and 1 before bed. I sleep better (stay asleep instead of waking up several times during the night) and my *ahem* irregularity seems to have been remedied.

It's already working!

I ordered this product to increase my magnesium intake and to help with restless leg syndrome. I've only been taking it a few days but I can already feel a difference. My legs aren't as restless and I am sleeping better. So far so good!

Decent Magnesium Supplement...but!

This seems to be a decent magnesium supplement and I like that it incorporates 3 types of magnesium: citrate, malate and glycerinate. But what I don't like is that the manufacturer only gives the total milligrams of magnesium and doesn't bother to breakdown each of the 3 forms of magnesium...for that I'm taking off 2 stars because they really should be specifying that information on the label.<br /> I like that it's an encapsulated powder and not a solid tablet, so it is better absorbed and not passed out only partially digested like a lot of tablet form supplements. I take this to help with hypertension, stress, insulin resistance as well as muscle spasms/cramps which sometimes grab my leg muscles like a mothar and won't let go till I cry uncle...yes! Uncle Charlie Horse...you know what I mean! Nasty things that make your muscles feel like they're being ripped apart!...Anyway...I just started taking this...I do wish they would be more specific in their labeling.
