Fine for the price
Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid.

Fell short of the claims
Quality felt inconsistent between batches — color and texture varied. Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.
