I have been on protein shakes "prescribed" by weight loss physicians and learned to acquire a taste for them. That was my initial expectation of this shake. This is my new favorite chocolate!!! It is versatile and can be used instead of cocoa powder. You can use it as a traditional shake and it is great. If you need a serious chocolate fix you can put it in a mixer with heavy whipping cream and make some heavenly mousse. This came in handy when we had leftover cake and goodies all over the house from a recent graduation/birthday family cookout. Then I put the leftovers in the freezer (I would have ate it all otherwise). Later... YUP CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM! Then it hit me. I just had ice cream for dinner! With a healthy balance of diet and exercise, this can fit perfectly into your macros. For someone like me that has a sugar addiction and type 2 diabetes, this could be the perfect fit for you. I have been sharing this with those around me that have low carb, keto, and other healthy lifestyle choices. Y'all! I wish I would have taken a picture because it was beautiful... and I ate it.
