Yummy! Ate it before I could take a picture. Sorry not sorry!

I have been on protein shakes "prescribed" by weight loss physicians and learned to acquire a taste for them. That was my initial expectation of this shake. This is my new favorite chocolate!!! It is versatile and can be used instead of cocoa powder. You can use it as a traditional shake and it is great. If you need a serious chocolate fix you can put it in a mixer with heavy whipping cream and make some heavenly mousse. This came in handy when we had leftover cake and goodies all over the house from a recent graduation/birthday family cookout. Then I put the leftovers in the freezer (I would have ate it all otherwise). Later... YUP CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM! Then it hit me. I just had ice cream for dinner! With a healthy balance of diet and exercise, this can fit perfectly into your macros. For someone like me that has a sugar addiction and type 2 diabetes, this could be the perfect fit for you. I have been sharing this with those around me that have low carb, keto, and other healthy lifestyle choices. Y'all! I wish I would have taken a picture because it was beautiful... and I ate it. Zero Guilt! Enjoy!

There are better Keto-friendly proteins out there

I ordered the Chocolate flavor and it tasted so bad. I tried mixing it with water and it was gross. I tried with unsweetened almond milk and it was a little bearable. I also think spending 3 carbs on a protein drink is not really keto. I just found a protein powder (OxyWhey) that tastes amazing, with only 1g net carbs AND 24g of protein!! This product is expensive just because of the brand. It’s definitely not worth it. I’m in the process of getting a refund for this product.

Spendy, trendy & great taste !

Great taste but a bit pricey for only 20 servings. It will take some time of using this product to evaluate any legitimate results. However, if I can assume for now that all the ingredients are as specified with an ideal end result in mind, then I would say it’s truly a matter of “time will tell”! But for now, my feedback is a bit “NEGATIVE” due to COST yet quite “POSITIVE” when it comes strictly to TASTE !!

Delicious High Protein/ Low Carb

I tried in coffee and tried in Chobani plain Greek Yogurt. I didn’t care for it in the coffee, because the whey protein clumped into an almost meaty texture, though the mocha coffee flavor was great. But, Oh My! A different story mixed in Greek yogurt! It turned into a delicious mocha custard! The protein dissolves just perfectly! I’m at the point where if a product will help me stay on point to consume the daily amt of protein suggested by my trainer, enabling me to continue building muscle and reduce fat, I’d grin & bear it, and consume it anyway. Not necessary here. This is a recipe, that even if not training, I’d enjoy. It is a thick and satisfying, hunger curbing treat. I dabbed with True Whip, natural whipped cream (15 cal/1.5 g carbs). Next time, will also add about 4 chopped toasted almonds. I will also place in blender for a yogurt shake. Yummy!

Tastes Great But Not Worth It For Me

I'm on a low carb/keto diet so I was looking for a keto-friendly protein shake for after my workouts. This product was recommended by some blogs so I grabbed it. The flavor is excellent especially combined with almond milk and a dallop of peanut butter or a teaspoon of espresso powder. Quite frankly, I look forward to my post workout shake. It blends well together with my Vitamix and while I can detect the artificial sweetener, it doesn't detract from its great flavor.

Where I turned sour on it was when I considered the value for what I was getting. I needed a low carb, high protein shake for after my workouts. At 40-something bucks, you get 20 servings of ONLY 15g of protein and 2 net carbs. Comparing that to the Atkins shakes my wife sometimes buys, you get VERY similar macros and sadly, they're cheaper. THEN, I compared this product to what some would call the "gold standard" of protein powders and saw that for the same price, you get 50% more servings and 10g more protein per serving. For that you sacrifice 1 more gram of carbs. I acknowledge that what I just described does not encompass all use cases, but for me it is a big consideration on whether or not this product is for me.

Decent flavor

The flavor on this shake was decent and the macros seem to be good for a keto diet. I have bought other Perfect Keto products so I trust this brand. However, I don't feel as if it blends all that well with ice. My ice would stick together rather than having the milkshake consistency that other protein shakes have. I then tried mixing it without ice and pouring it over the ice, but then it would just stick to the ice cubes. It might be better using a shaker bottle, but I haven't tried yet. Now I use it in recipes that call for protein powder.
