When supplementing with K2 I like both major variants (MK7/MK4), as well as K1. Also if your taking K2 you need to think about its partner D3. This supplement makes it convenient for me to get all of them, and with 180 caps its a great value for the money.
Really don't notice any difference, other than my blood test always show me above 50% D3 when they were usually in the 30's. I know this is a important immune system defenders so I them 50k IU once a week after a fatty meal. I have been using Vitamin Supplement by Horbaach and like their price and quality.
