This item did exactly what others said it would do for almost miraculous overnight muscular and joint relief. UNFORTUNATELY, for me, it causes bad moods and depression. The depression lasts for about 8 to 12 hours and then disappears. It shows up about 4 to 6 hours after a dose. I believe it happens because boron affects testosterone levels. I took between one to two dropper fulls in a small amount of water (2 to 1 ml). I’m a woman in my 60’s on hormone replacement. I can’t say enough about how incredible boron works on pain, but the depression is horrible. It obviously does not do this with most people, but it certainly does with me. This is my third bottle, taking as directed. This is strange but at about two months new hair started growing where bald spots have been for well over 20 years. It's still filling in. I don't know if it is the Ionic<br />Boron or not, but that is the only thing I did different. I don' care if I have hair on top or not.<br />I am a 71 year old male. Strange.

The is a great product!!! I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, compress nerves in my neck and lower back, herniated disc in the T-spine, arthritis and frozen shoulders. The pain is very crippling. I have been taking magnesium powder and omega 3 fatty acid and I have not felt them work at all. When I received the product, I took a dropper full in water and I could feel it working a little. A couple hours later I took a dropper full with the magnesium powder and it cause the magnesium to work better. The muscle spasm released in areas that muscle relaxer did not work on. Then I started to take the flax seed oil which a table spoon full has 7.1 grams of Omega 3 fatty acids. Taking all three at the same time I found the it works the best for me. I take about 20 milligrams of Boron a day which is safe for women, men can take more. For those of you that stated that it does not work, you may have a deficiency of Magnesium or Omega-3 fatty acids or both. I stopped taking the flax seed oil for a couple of days. When pain came back with a vengeance. The spasms and pain made me think that I was having a stroke or a heart attack. The spasms are cause by calcium/Magnesium imbalance. The body is getting to much Calcium into the muscles and causing contractions and the Magnesium causes the muscles to release the contraction. When I started back taking the Flax seed oil I had to take 3 table spoons of it to get most of the spasm and pain to subside.
