Decent multivitamin

I take it just one a day as I think that just from the food you eat you should get most of what you need with this just supplementing rather than completely providing everything by itself. Most vitamins just change the color of your pee because you already have enough for most of the vitamins and minerals. This formulation is good for the bioavailability of the methyl b12 and for having methyl folate which is good if you have issues with converting folic acid into methylfolate.

unbelievable

20 Minutes after taking these pills i haven't felt this good since i don't know when. If you are looking to get healthy, i would start right here with these two per day pills.

Includes 3 Ingredients That Many Consumers Are Trying to Avoid

These capsules include maltodextrin, vegetable stearate and microcrystalline cellulose (other ingredients) that act as cheap fillers and are actively avoided by many supplement manufacturers. For any potential buyers that are not familiar with these ingredients, please do some extensive research before including these multivitamins in your diet. I have an immediate reaction in the form of a flushed face, but I think the bigger issue is what happens with long-term use of these three ingredients.

Great value. Correct types of broad range of vitamins.

e.g. Methylated B's, Mixed Toco E's, D3 not D2 ...
Except: The A is beta-carotene which is grossly inferior to retinol
- maybe they're trying to keep this vegetable-based?

It would be nice to have copper and manganese added, but this is the best value I have seen by far for any multi-vitamin.

Very pleased

Both my wife and I having had lap band surgery, finding vitamins we can swallow are difficult and chewable's don't pack the punch needed. Don't get me started on the horrible taste of liquids. Thinking a capsule would be easier and being a fan of Life Extension products, I gave these a shot. They were just as difficult to swallow in the mornings, even with coffee. Part of my routine is to take Ener-C in the mornings as well, a liquid drink. Pouring the powder from two capsules in with the Ener-C (and a small bit of baking soda to neutralize the acid) and shaking well makes it easy to take and it goes straight to work. In fact it's a bit odd at first to see your first tinkle after taking the vitamins being slightly green tinted. My wife calls it "Shrek Pee".

Incredible time & money saver

I really like these capsules, since tablets are not only loaded with fillers and really hard to swallow, but my digestion isn't great, so at least with capsules, I'm getting what I paid for. These multi vitamins save me a ton of time in opening about ten different bottles of individual supplements. And what about the savings? Truth be told, it's considerable. Not only that, but searching for sales on all of those individual supplements is a huge bother. OK, so what's the downside, you might be asking. Truth be told, I don't take these at different times during the day, although I'm sure it would be best. I simply don't remember, so I take two together at the same time. But a while back, I took them too late at night on an empty stomach and I got sick. The instructions are to take with food, and believe me, now I'm sure to do that. So if you remember to take these with food, and not too late, you'll rave about this product like I am.
