I am a low carb, high fat (~Keto) person and use this magnesium. I have included the back of the bottle with the nutrition and ingredients list since it is not provided. I will buy it again. I mix 1ml (one dropper) four times a day with tea or coffee. If you are LCHF, you will not be bothered by the additional slightly salty flavor. (The lid was damaged on my first order in transit and was promptly replaced by Customer Service.)

+Pros: - High absorbency since it's liquid form. - High versatility. You can add it to your drinks, your food, etc. The possibility is endless to have such a great supplement for your body. - Must have for muscle spasm. If you have muscle spasm, or cramps, you need this. I often wake up in the middle of the night, and just holding my leg/foot in pain. Both of my parents have the same problem and it takes me so long to realize what we're lacking in terms of vitamins. Take this, and you'll have a good night sleep. No more painful cramps. - Help with supplying enough electrolytes for your body. Make you feel less fatigue when you take it often. - Long lasting. It feels like I have the bottle forever because I'm only using drops of it. Lol. +Cons: - Freaking terrible taste. If you use it to cook, only add very few drops. And be careful when adding to your water, you don't want to add too much or the water taste like medicine. Yuck. - Pricey. But I guess it does last for a long time. Worth every penny.

Taste horrible. But can haddle it with a little orange juice or Gatorade. I can tell the difference in my knee pain it works.

Good product

It’s a great price for the quantity. Only (small) complaint, is the packaging; the lid always arrives broken. Product is still usable, but just a wish for better packaging.
