I got a notice from Amazon that this product has been recalled. Apparently the company that makes this for VitaMonk has had issues for years.<br />Hopefully everyone gets notified, and is safe.
Worked great until FDA recalled the product.
I actually rotate the different types of magnesium I use. This one works particularly fast.
Finally realized, I wasn't just passing out before going to bed because it was a long day. I was passing out because I'd taken my Q-M about an hour before. Re-ordering now.
I appreciate the science behind this product. I was already using magnesium. Haven't been taking thisone long enough to have a strong opinion. I find I need to take more than the suggested amount to have improvement in sleep. It seems to be gentle on my stomach. I will stick with this brand.
Extensive blood tests showed a "slight" decrease in magnesium levels but my own reading indicated a supplement like this one had so many benefits associated with magnesium levels that I will never go without it again. Age 65.
