UPDATE 12/21/2020<br /><br />While my previous review is still true I decreased the rating of the powder because I found it makes me gain water weight. I gained almost 5 pounds and was super bloated while using this. After I stopped taking it the bloating went away and I lost the water weight. I never changed my diet or anything so the colleges powder was the only change. It may not do that to others but I wanted to put it out there so people were aware.<br /><br />Absolutely flavorless and has no smell whatsoever. I put this in my coffee every morning and it mixes and dissolves well, there’s no lumps or added texture. It has really helped my skin retain moisture, I struggle with dry dehydrated skin on my face and since I’ve been using this in conjunction with a few supplements my skin is plumper and my skin tone has evened out some and my dry patches have mostly healed. I don’t think this is a miracle powder but I do think it helps add some youth back to your skin. I would recommend. I trust NOW products and will continue to purchase this product.

I put a table spoon in my coffee every morning. There is no taste. I have been using this product for a month now and I do think my skin, hair and nails are in better condition. The main reason I use this is for my bone health.

I use 2 tsps in my first cup of coffee every day. It’s a fine powder that dissolves instantly, and there’s no noticeable flavor! My fingernails used to break easily and are now much stronger and seem to grow faster. That’s something I only remember happening when I took prenatal vitamins. Also, I do think my hair is shinier/silkier. It seems to tangle much less (and it is long, so that can be a problem). I go through one canister of this in about 6 weeks, if that helps you decide whether or not to subscribe and get a small discount. Because I have seen positive results, I can only guess that it’s a benefit in other ways too (bones and joints) but I can’t tell for sure. I will say that it’s worth trying. I think I noticed results in about a month’s time. There is some settling, so don’t be alarmed when you see that the canister isn’t full to the top. Also, the big canister doesn’t work great with a short coffee spoon, so I transfer it to a small container that I don’t have to put my whole hand into. All in all I’m very happy with this product, and I hope my review was helpful! 😇

I had a severe allergic reaction to collagen! Collagen peptides is ground up beef skin. Apparently, I am not allergic to beef but I am allergic to the skin!<br />Also, be sure to eat plenty of other types of protein to prevent a Tryptophan/serotonin depletion. Collagen/gelatin supplements. These supplements are known to bring down your mood. I personally take Hyaluronic acid and get same skin benefits. Hyaluronic acid also is known to reduce inflammation in the brain. My head feels clearer but I only take it twice a week because these supplements work by having you retain water in the skin. I use Puritan's Pride Hyaluronic acid pill supplements. I also use Genius brand hyaluronic acid topical skin serum. Hope this helps someone!
