I used this as I'm going through menopause and my Dr had even told me it might benefit me with systoms and bring back that loving feeling. After a few days taking it needless to say it worked..

I really wasn't expecting much but noticed a difference after the first day taking it. Now after a week I never want to be without it again. Just ordered the Amazon subscription for it!

As far as I can tell after one week of taking the recommended dosage, there is no discernable difference in “performance” or energy. These are reasonably large pills but are actually not difficult to take and do not leave a horrible taste in your mouth. Really that’s all I can say about them.

Followed the directions before bedtime and Others have noticed a difference.
