2 years out from Robotic Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy surgery. Have been taken these daily since I was able to move to solid foods. Blood work has been fine every time. Only thing I needed was to add additional vitamin A. I do take these at night prior to bed. As with other vitamins, for me taking them in the morning causes me to burp and the burps both are nasty and taste nasty. I have not had an allergic reaction as other have. But I’m also not allergic to anything in them, so there’s that. I suggest reading label to make sure you aren’t allergic to anything in them. So overall great vitamin for me and has worked well for about 2 years.

Be careful if you have allergies with this supplement. I took one pill and in less than 3 minutes I had an allergic reaction, my face swelled, reddened, my breathing altered. I did an immediate epipen injection. The label does not show any ingredients I am allergic to, this is why I am stating to beware. Something unlisted caused a dangerous allergic reaction.

Feeling better since taking these vitamins. I had sleeve surgery 3 years ago. Tried to go back to "normal" vitamins to save money. These are worth the money. My energy is better and less hair falling out.

Trace amounts of shellfish, apparently. Scary for those with an allergy.

I've used numerous brands of multivitamins over the years with zero problems. Per my doctor's recommendation, I recently switched to these. Unfortunately these multivitamins make me vomit 80% of the time I take them. Would not recommend.

I had gastric bypass back in 2006. Currently I am experiencing issues with my Vitamin D, Iron and B vitamins. Which was expected to happen. I started taking these back in May. I got worried because all of a sudden i was getting migraines, So i went down to taking these every other day. That seems to be helping. I get bloodwork done in September, hopefully these help!
