Fell short of the claims
Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past.

Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted.
