I have been put on a magnesium supplement for my health but the only form I could get was big chalky tablets that I had to take multiples of to reach the recommended dosage for me personally- I can’t swallow very well so this made me cut up the big tablets into more pieces/ I found this one on Amazon that is just the right dosage in a very small capsule- I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with this product , it’s the BEST!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was taking the Nutricost Magnesium Oxide before, and Amazon no longer offers it. So, I got a bottle of this one. It's completely useless. I have about 70% of the bottle left and I am putting it in the trash.

We use it as a daily vitamin, to help with leg cramps. Works great.

this was second time ordering same as first and efficient delivery. there the only ones with 1000 mg. will do business again highly recommend

I don’t know how you rate something like potassium. I don’t feel any different. I’m just counting on this stuff to help my body.
