I went to my optometrist because I was having dry eye & other issues. She suggested this specific brand of fish oil. I tried to go cheap & order fish oil from Costco - NOT the same. It is really worth the money - after a month I could tell the difference (had more moisture). It’s not cheap so a few months later I went off & was so mad at myself! These are really great. Put the Costco pill & this one in the freezer overnight - in the morning the Costco one is opaque while this one is clear. Difference is the purity - optometrist told me this but it took me a while to actually test it - she was so right!!!!!!

Been taking for over a year. Reduced my blood pressure and stiffness in my knees. Good stuff. Don't order in the summer and avoid heat effects on the capsules.

ONLY area I was too low was Vit D3, with extreme weakness, aches, digestion problems. Blood Tests showed range mid to high normal, including adrenals in all other tested areas. Multiple categories for each of 4 sets of tests. I tried more than 5 different natural and reputable brands of D3. The ONLY one that improved my condition (within 15-20 min.) was Nordic D3 ProOmega. I could tell when it wore off, and was taking it every few hours for first month, then okay for 2-3 hrs, now can take 2 a day, or even forget, because I feel so much better.

I am using this for mild memory problems. My research for the best fish oil supplement turned up studies that showed this product was used in a real hospital for severe head trauma and that patient is recovering well. If it can heal neurons damaged by trauma, what can it do for physically undamaged brains like mine..

I went to a naturopath doctor and he recommended these. I was taking Spectrum for several years and they are great too, but these are double the amount of EPA and DHA, so you don't need to take as many softgels. I've had no problem with after taste and, in my opinion, fish oil is one of the few supplements that are near miracles and great prevention. They are expensive, but as they say: pay the farmer now (or fisherman in this case), or pay the doctor later.

I’m through my 3rd bottle before writing this review. Each bottle came without any issues. No broken capsules or fishy smells. No fish burps or digestion issues. I really think they had a positive benefit to my joint health. Less aches and pains. No more creaky knees. I feel better mental clarity. I have tried other fish oils and definitely think these are the best I’ve tried so far.
