Very Pricey For What You Get

Gee.....I hate to be the killjoy about this supplement but I think it's overly pricey for what you get. Maybe it's the "Japanese" aspect of it and the way it's made or something but I know I can get a lot more D3, calcium and magnesium for a lot less money. It wouldn't be in this small white spherical form but probably just as good. I see that the amount of D3 is only 10 mcg which is only 400 IU. I take at least 10,000 IU of D3/day so this supplement wouldn't even come close. I'm not a big fan of taking extra calcium anymore because I'm hearing and reading more and more that it may actually be bad for the heart. The amount of magnesium in this supplement is trivial - only 12 mg/dose and I usually take at the very least 250 mg each day. The multi-minerals from salt water brine might contain a wealth of very healthy and seldom consumed nutrients but I don't know since they are listed. This supplement is mainly a calcium supplement and I wish I had read the product page a little closer before selecting this item for review. But, the good news is that it's a 6 month supply and only comes to $23.16/month so that might make the price of $139.00 not look so bad after all.

high end - fermented - form of calcium.

I'm pleased to be able to try this calcium.
I've heard that calcium lactate is a much more viable form
and because it's highly water soluble it has enriched health benefits.

This Umeken Mineral L-Cal steps it up even more by fermenting which
increases the availability of the vitamin / minerals in a product
for the body to absorb, by boosting the beneficial bacteria in the gut.
>>> plus adding Salt Water brine and Vitamin D.
That's the total list of ingredients > No additives / binders.

> Vitamin D3 comes from fatty animal source foods such as fish oil and egg-yoke.
It's the same as your skin produces in sunlight. = Cholecalciferol.

So the serving size is 20 daily = 2 scoops (includes scoop that holds 10)
Bottle is 180 servings = 6 months.

You can swallow the 20 (1/4" dia ec) or dissolve them in food / soup /
and it's also suggested - rice.
The salt water brine is the source of magnesium and doesn't taste salty.

Tip - if throwing these 20 at a time back in your mouth be prepared
for some of the little rascals to need more than one swallow.

Nice size tub = 4 1/2" T - 3 1/2" W.
There's an inter cap for a tight seal.
Expiration June 2025
> Pic with only calcium balls is one serving of 20.

Been taking this for about six weeks.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
