Bought this product due to leaking gut and needed gut flora after taking antibiotics for sever inflamation in colon. This product provides both pre and pro biotics in one plus is designed to pass through the stomach and work in the intestines where I need it. My husband and I have had no ill effects after taking for 2 weeks.
I've been having digestion problems for some time and tried a bunch of solutions including other probiotics. This one was the first to really work and works quickly which I guess is the prebiotic. Not many others have that and I like not having to refrigerate and start seeing results after just a few pills. Will continue on it.
I read my reviews before purchasing this product. I was skeptical because i have been dealing with horrible indigestion for over a year, after going to doctor, it is due to weight gain and stress mostly. I also started getting Rosacea a few years ago. After changing what I ate, I was still getting flares up of Rosacea and indigestion. I decided to try this product, after reading some of the reviews. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks. I am blown away. My skin is clearer, and my indigestion is almost none existent. The times I do get indigestion, its manageable. So manageable that I havent been taking heart burn pills for the whole time I have taken these pills. And I notice now I get heartburn when I stressed out. It sheds a light on how much our gut health matters. This is just my story and results. I couldnt be happier with the product.
I have a miserable digestive system and most pro/prebiotics either cause intestinal issues or do nothing. With this one, I actually saw a difference, especially with food such as lettuce, broccoli, beans! I plan to continue on it from now on!
My mom and I have struggled with acid reflux and other issues, so I did research on probiotics. I found out most ones out there give WAY too much or not enough. The key is absorption. Since they know much will not be absorbed, they put extra to overcompensate. This one has just enough. The prebiotics help to absorb. My mom and I haven't had acid reflux symptoms since we started taking this.
