Oh boy, tried it for the first time tonight and woke up after 2 hours of sleep in pain. Why do you ask? This product burned my skin off. I literally woke up 15 minutes ago and couldn't find a way to contact the seller, so they can have my review. I don't typically leave photos, but I really had to. The pictures are 15 minutes after I removed it, I have no idea what it's going to look like in a few hours. This is a severe warning, do not buy this product.

work very well. I went up from my 5mg dissolving pill to this. Just a bit hard to wake up in the morning.

I'm amazed that these aren't sold everywhere. Until my son learns to swallow pills and can take the (admittedly cheaper) time release pills these work perfectly. He has some rather complex neurological issues. The manufacturer really should give some guidelines on the best places for placement although this data is usually determined through drug trials and I'm sure these have undergone such rigorous testing. All that said this works wonderfully. I would not recommend giving any child such a high dose without some guidance from a physician and even for an adult I would start with the 7 mg patch first.

These patches are a lifesaver and over several years I have turned to Respro for time regales melatonin for times when I can't fall asleep or stay asleep (one of the great advantages of time release). I do NOT recommend that anyone take this high 10mg dose, as your body cab come to depend on it.... Respro has several doseage levels, I'm not a doctor and you should consult yours, but for me the lowest dose that works ON OCCASSION, seems the healthiest. And I wouldn't recommend melatonin every night unless a doctor recommends that you do. These are only my personal opinions based on how successful a relief these patches have been when I truly need one. But when I do, they are a lifesaver for me!

I was very excited to try out these patches but I am sorry to say that they do not work at all. I have the type of insomnia where I can only sleep for about four hours and then I wake up. On the first night, I got ready for bed and applied a patch only to, again, wake up in the middle of the night unable to fall back asleep. I also found that on the first night that the patch had come off and was stuck to my sheets instead of my arm (they aren’t very sticky). So I figure that I need to adjust where I put the patch and keep trying. No luck. I have now used up all of the patches and I have woken up every single night. It’s not helping at all. If you’re a real insomniac like me, see your doctor about a prescription sleep aid that will actually help. These were a waste of money for me.
