I've felt so much better after starting to take these. Unfortunately the pill is very large and my daughter can't swallow it, so she has to empty it out into water and drink it. I found another one though that is a little smaller that she will be able to swallow. This is a great supplement though, and I love that it doesn't have calcium added to it. I would purchase again for me, but not for my daughter.
This product has a subtle but noticeable unusual chemical smell of a solvent which makes it unfit for consumption. The affected batch is A 244288 having a Best Buy of May 2022. A newer batch A 244348 having a Best Buy of March 2023 seems unaffected.
Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.
