Contains the lowest common denominators
Assuming you eat food, you probably get a good amount of Vitamins and Minerals through your diet. This multi is not 'high potency' which is nice. It also contains some good additions for a multi - Vitamin K2, Sensoril and ALA, in addition to high amounts of Vitamin D and methylated B12. At 2 pills a day, this is easy to manage. My only complaint is the folic acid should be methylated, and the addition of Lutein and Lycopene would be nice. As long as you stack with the Z-PM, you are covered on magnesium and zinc as well.

Take as directed on bottle
If you take this pill, make sure you follow directions on the bottle. I normally take these pills while I eat my lunch at work, but at times I get so busy that I rush on eating and forgot to take the pills. An hour or so will go by and thenI'll take the pills, only to learn the next time I use the bathroom that my urine is highlighter green. So again, follow directions on the bottle

I love this multivitamin :)
This products only downfall is sometimes they are not stocked, in which case I bounce back to another well trusted multi. This is a great company with a reputable brand.

Good but
Good multi. Really like the profile. However they do have a bad smell to them and leave a bad after taste in your mouth.
