Watch out, this is not the high EPA/DHA version ...

Watch out, this is not the high EPA/DHA version sold at the vitamin shoppe. I give one star for the deception, hopefully more people will see the review and pay attention to the actually fatty acid content. It may be 1000mg fish oil but who cares? Its the EPA/DHA content that is important. Shame on Amazon that you can't zoom in on the picture and see the actual content.

RIP OFF PRODUCT... doesn't give real amounts.. only 300 EPA / 200 DHA

NOTHING on this indicates that it is junk. It says >>the Vitamin Shoppe Omega-3 Fish Oil 240 Softgels 1000 MG
V<< Blowing up the image, you can't see it is a worthless 300epa/200dha.
Taking more will not help because even more is still NOT the recommended minimum ration of 2 EPA: 1 DHA.

Has soy in it

This was shipped and delivered very quickly, which was great. My only complaint and why I only gave it 3 stars is that the bottle says it contains soy but doesn't say what kind of soy or list soy in the ingredients. I'm taking it for migraines and soy causes migraines for me so it is disappointing to see they seemed to have added soy and it would be helpful to know where the soy is coming from (is it natural in the fish, added oil, etc.) and how much soy is in it, but the bottle doesn't say. Also didn't see mention of soy on the Amazon page for this product but maybe missed it. Oh, and it does cause some fish burps which other fish oil brands I've tried do not.

Best Fish Oil

I've used fish oil for years but never able to tell a difference in my joints. Did my research I stopped buying from the discount store. These have helped my knees and achy joints so much. Highly recommend

1st brand was super expensive, so I bought this one

I read some perhaps "independent" review (hard to find real independent reviews on the web), and this brand was 2nd on the list. 1st brand was super expensive, so I bought this one . I like it. A few fish burps from time to time, but they don't bother me. Most supplements I've tried don't seem to do anything for me. This one seems to even out my moods a little during the winter doldrums. That's what I use it for.

Works great!!

My lab results showed I was deficient in Omega 3. I can't stomach eating fish, especially Salmon. After a couple of months, my lab values have GREATLY increased in Omega 3. I don't know the exact figures, but this product definitely works!!
