ETA: Seller customer service was great about it, so I’ll change it to three stars, but use caution. I’m not sure what happened, but what I received was definitely not the same product. You can see the powder on the left (from my last package) is chalkier and darker. The powder on the right (new package) is very sandlike and light.<br /><br />I drank this every day for a month to improve my energy since April. No issues. Worked great. I ordered my fourth one two days ago. It is NOT the same product. It is packaged the same but the moment you open it, you’ll see a difference in the powder appearance and smell. I then compared the label information and couldn’t detect any differences, so I thought I would try to mix a scoop and it dissolved way quicker. I know that was a common complaint, so I was hopeful that maybe they just addressed it and that was it. I got to work and tried to drink it and couldn’t make it past the smell. It made me gag and doesn’t smell safe to drink. It is horrendous. I don’t know what happened, but I won’t be ordering again and am hoping to get my money back.

Good product, excellent customer service. This product does not have a flavor to speak of which makes it excellent for multiple applications. The only negative is that it is difficult to mix, not impossible, it just requires a little extra effort.

The container says "easy to mix". Not so much. Every time I've attempted to mix this product with my coffee it has bonded itself together in a super bonded sticky mess. I've yet to figure out how it even dissolves in any type of liquid. Disappointing.

Mixes pretty well with hot water. But the taste is so strong I don't like it in smoothies, because of the strong flavor of this product. I use it in Hot Tea, with honey and almond milk, in the mornings.

I love this bone broth! Since receiving the followup email and the instructions to add water to the powder it works much better. I use boiling water and stir vigorously with a small whisk and it completely dissolves perfectly! Excited to have this as addition to my nutritional/health needs!!! Love the excellent follow up from Leta too!

I couldn't get it to mix in. I tried hot and cold drinks, the only thing that worked was letting it sit in an airtight container of water overnight which it finally dissolved in. I was very unhappy with this product.
