The magnesium chloride was as described. I found it easy and convenient to dissolve in water. The gallon size is great, since we use so much of it. The price is also pretty good.

First off, the company has changed the difficult lid issue and it was very easy to open. The powder dissolves easily in liquid and while it could taste better, it isn’t awful. You might like to dissolve a small amount in water and then add it to some juice. The book, Magnesium, reversing disease, by Thomas E Levy, MD, recommends magnesium chloride for sleep, heart issues, and general health. Dr. Levy suggests mixing 25 grams of the magnesium chloride powder with 1000 ccs of water. 4 oz of this gives you 350 mgs of magnesium. I take this about an hour and a half before bedtime and have switched from light, broken sleep of about five hours to sleeping 7-9 hours with one quick wake up in the middle. 😃 The other plus is the cost compared to pills or tablets. It’s a great bargain as 25 grams is so little an amount to mix. A+!

I soak in this after my evening walk to ease the pain of the workout and my arthritis. It is wonderful. I am always able to get a great night's sleep when I do this. Will definitely keep ordering.

I really liked this and want to buy more but I couldn’t open it:(!!! I had to take a screwdriver (only thing strong enough to withstand repeated blows) and stab the top of this THICK container repeatedly (took me solid hour) to puncture holes in it like a salt shaker to get product out, single mom here, very frustrating experience:(

I prefer this over flakes as these are powdered. I use half a cup each time I take a bath and the bucket lasts me quite a long time

We use this suplement for horses. It is of great help for their joint's health, I would definitely recomend this presentation.
