You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose.
Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.
