You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.

Not for me, unfortunately
Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend. Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle.

Expected more for the price
Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose.

Highly recommend this one
Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category.
