No more cramps!! Very Happy

This product was recommended to me by my athletic chiropractor for cramps. I have a tendency to get leg cramps after rock climbing. I'm happy to say that staying hydrated with this drink; I've not experienced any cramping. I tried supplementing with the individual electrolytes, but I still got the cramps. Wife doesn't like, because the sucralose gives her a headache.
