This is a highly effective Probiotic blend. I take it on a regular basis, usually before food to assist in clearing the digestive track and making me more socially acceptable. I find it has all the "biotic"s that I need on a daily basis. It's even more effective when I forget a day or two in between. It has some of the probiotics that keep me mentally and emotional clear and alert too.

These probiotics need to be kept refrigerated and they are shipped with a cold gel pack to keep them cool. These were recommended by my physician to help me with keeping my gut healthy and have been working very well.

If you ever stop taking these for a few days you will get a runny nose. But they work fantastic for my excema. They have almost stopped it. They are organic and they don't have any pesticides. I have tried other brands but they don't help the excema like these do. So I guess I will be sticking with these. Best I've tried so far. All the ingredients are listed and nothing is hidden. I recommend these. Especially if you have excema.. little expensive but they work better than others do. No smells to them either. The price is my only complaint. Excellent except for the price and it is too high. Finally something to help the excema. Without having any drug side effects. I will keep ordering these. 3rd time buying now. They come in a sealed envelope to keep out the heat that can ruin a probiotic. Glass bottle so they don't have any smell. Have opened others in plastic and they stink. These don't. I didn't know that they would help excema. I had a cream that did not work and a spray that barely worked. I didn't want to take the drugs for excema and I didn't realize that these would be the answer when I first started taking them. But they are.
