Too big a pill. Although not that hard to swallow

I was looking for the gel capsules of Magnesium Citrate 250 mg that I bought before feom the same brand, that are easier to swallow but have not found them anywhere

Citrate variety absorbs best

Hard to find citrate in that strength. I also add another magnesium citrate pill that’s 125 Mg since I need more magnesium. Citrate is best absorbed and doesn’t cause issues with bowel upset. No taste.
