Wouldn't buy again
Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom. Packaging felt flimsy and one tub arrived slightly dented. Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients.

Fine for the price
Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price.
