It does what I need it to do. my digestion seems to be better. i have less gas and better bowel movements. I have also lost 10 lbs since I started taking it regular. I'm not sure that all of it is because of the probiotic. However, I had been stuck at a specific weight for over a year no matter what I did, besides starving myself. When I started taking this product it came right off.
With all the talk about the "Probiotic Advantage" thought I'd give it a try -- it didn't seem to do a thing for me -- so with that won't be purchasing the product anymore.
I have a pretty nervous stomach and many ingredients upset it very easily. As long as I regularly take the Probiotic Advantage Supplement my stomach and I are usually very satisfied. I have tried other supplements and they do not work nearly as well. I will definitely stay with Dr. Williams' Probiotic Advantage Supplement.
I have been taking this product for a while now. I take it every day and I can't do without it. I have had "seasonal allergies" that are year round for a long time now. I have tried everything natural to help my constant sneezing and runny nose. For some strange reason this stuff works.I have tried other probiotics but they just don't help like this one does. I think it is a specific strain that it contains. I know it isn't why most people would take a probiotic, but none the less, it does the job!
