These pills are huge and hard to swallow.
I've been using this stuff for close to two years. Noticeable improvement in recovery and definition. It also makes a good pre workout,particuly when combined with beta alanine.It is expensive,but it's going to be a part of my stack as long as it continues to be manufactured.
