This vitamin complex made me a believer. You can find the same exact ingredients in other mens vitamins for more price. This is the cheapest one I have found with this exact list of ingredients and amounts.<br /><br />It helps me not have to wake up 3-5 times a night to pee. Gives me energy and clarity in the morning. You really can't beat it.
I bought this multivitamin for my husband. After taking it for 5 days, he said he felt more energetic and focused. (When he randomly stopped taking the supplement, he noticed a difference and felt sluggish.) He took the supplement consistently for 2 weeks but later got back on track. He wants me to buy again!

Upon taking these capsules, after 30 mins they break open in your stomach and the powder floats to the top of your stomach and sits there. Irritated my stomach,even after eating. Made no difference. Another guy on here complained about it also.
