This product says its gluten free, but it's not certified gluten free. It also says on the label that it may contain wheat. If you have celiac or an allergy you need to stay away from this product.

I’ve tried a few other protein mixes and this is one of the best tasting by far. Especially when mixed with milk.

I was glad to see BioSteel offer a lower cost option than their whey-isolate-only product. Still tastes good, still a pretty good AA profile.

I did the usual Google-type searches of the web to find the best tasting protein mix out there. On the surface, the amount of protein (24g) is lower than some other brands, but if you cannot stand the taste of it, you probably will stop using it anyway. And, if you mix it with 8 oz. of 2% milk, your protein intake is 32g for that serving.<br /><br />It does not taste like 'normal' chocolate milk, such as Nesquik. That being said, of the different brands I've tried, this is the best tasting one I've found. Note: I have not tried this with water, so I cannot speak to how that works, but it's pretty good with milk.<br /><br />I use a small KitchenAid immersion mixer to mix it up and that prevents clumping. Not sure how difficult it would be to mix without the mixer.<br /><br />The only complaint I have is the price. $45 is steep for 25 servings. That being said, if you cannot stand the taste of the other brands offerings, this one may be what you're looking for.

I haven't had too many experiences with protein powders, but I must say that this one is delicious! I enjoy mine blended with almond milk and a touch of Splenda whipped together in my immersion blender. The consistency is wonderful when blended, but it's hard to completely mix the powder without a blender. I have noticed that other powders contain slightly more protein, but I'd rather have a palatable one with less protein. For comparison, I used to purchase the premier protein shakes with 30 grams of protein. Although I was able to drink them, I did not enjoy the flavor or texture nearly as much as I do the Biosteel powder. I highly recommend this product.
