I don't know why more people don't know about All One; it's truly an amazing vitamin supplement. There's a noticeable difference in my energy level when I take it. I don't feel tired or lethargic later on in the day. My skin has improved; it feels smoother, cleaner; my nails are growing faster (and they are strong), and my hair is feeling the effects. Those are some visual improvements of All One.<br /><br />It doesn't taste fantastic and it's a bit grainy, so I would recommend mixing your powder with a strong liquid (orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, or make a smoothie). You have to mix it really well because the stuff doesn't dissolve all that great. When its mixed well enough, I tend to gulp it down.<br /><br />I'm used to the taste now, but when I first tried the stuff, it definitely took some getting used to. Don't let that deter you though, every oz. of this stuff is worth it, and the taste is a small price to pay for the benefits that you reap.<br /><br />I take my All One in the mornings, with a glass of Orange Juice. Lately though, I've tried mixing it up with a smoothie--dissolves better and masks the taste. Nothing fancy, some soy milk, an apple, and a banana do the trick.<br /><br />The directions say a heaping tablespoon...I don't exactly put a "heaping" tablespoon in my drink; I don't think you need to put that much. All in all, an excellent product that keeps you healthy and energized.

You're supposed to put this in a strong drink or smoothie! Of course it will taste bad if you put it in water! Anyway.<br /><br />This supplement has made a big difference in my life. I'm on a weight loss diet, I can only eat 900 calories a day so I use this to make sure I get enough nutrition. I've lost 50 pounds so far, and have to lose another 100 to avoid surgery and cure GERD. All One doesn't upset my stomach and doesn't irritate my GERD.<br /><br />I mix this into a smoothie each morning and I can't taste it. For the smoothie mix I use Vega. The two combined are a meal and I feel much better than when I take a multi-vite.<br /><br />Health is more important than taste: mix this in with a smoothie mix, or fruit, and you won't even notice it.

Better than pills, more easily absorbed and gives you an instant energy boost. Been using it for years, supposedly used by Sylvester Stallone during filming of the original "Rambo".

Oh you can taste this. No matter what you do, the flavor of B L A N D will stalk you. It is a nightmare to mix unless you use an actual blender. Not even hot drinks help. HOWEVER, in my opinion, it is totally worth it. I have 3 autoimmune diseases and a bunch of deficiencies to go with them. This is the first time in 14 years that I've felt any kind of normal. I actually have energy. It's motivating me to eat better because it works well in smoothies. I use my new energy to cook and work-out. My lady issues aren't as terrible. It's even helped with my thyroid disease, Hashimoto's. It's worth every penny and every single struggle. Thank you for giving my life the fire it's needed.
