I have been using this product for over 3 years, used the one without Vit D for a year or so and then I use this one. The addition of vitamin D is perfect for older people especially women who have higher risk of osteoporosis. I order this for my mom, too. Perfect if your are looking for Kosher/Halal fish oil.
First - Omega-3 has been shown to produce a number of health benefits that lower blood cholesterol, and cardiologists in the know recommend higher dosages than typically considered the recommended serving size. This product makes that easier by packing more EPA and DHA in each pill.<br />Second - lots of omega-3 products smell and taste fishy. This one doesn't.<br />Third - I try to use only certified kosher supplements. This is the real deal with an OU Certification.<br />I have bought this product more than once and I count on it to help me address my cholesterol issues without a statin prescription - and I believe it has.<br />I do recommend that the producer use a less brittle bottle cap or better padding to protect the cap from cracking during shipping - or maybe ship it in a box.<br />Two Thumbs Up!.
