This is my 6th box and I will keep taking them. I noticed that they keep my skin plump and promote my hair & nails grow faster.

This is a very interesting product. It comes in a fairly large box considering what is inside. Inside you have this strips in which you have these wrapped capsules. The capsules have a scent to them but they are actually tasteless, fairly small and easy to swallow in my eyes.<br /><br />These are packed with ingredients that are vital for healthy skin and hair growth, such as collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. We all know the saying you are what you eat. Well sometimes it is difficult to eat healthy and get all the important building blocks in life so you have to cheat. Finding good supplements that give you that is important. Having especially healthy skin, which is one of the biggest protection you have against the environment, is key. So spending a little bit more money on a supplement that helps with that I think is not a bad idea, if it works.<br /><br />So far so good. I have no negative reactions to it and am noticing small improvements so far already. My nails especially have been a mess and they are getting better since I used that. I am also feeling less fatigued all the time. Seeing changes in hair, especially if you have very long hair like I do is a little bit more difficult. So far I am very satisfied with this!

I wanted to wait until the whole package was finished to give my honest review. In all honesty, I was divided between three and four stars.<br />There were two very minor detectable differences as so you could say, one being my skin was a little more visibly smoothed and brightened, two, I noticed a small improvement in fatigue after working out.<br />I will be turning 34 this april and I would compare these to taking normal doses of multivitamins while combining that will my workout drinks. There were no significant changes overall but I'm also very aware that these types of things work differently depending on a person. While I did not see any significant changes someone else might.

This seems to be the newest in skin rejuvenation. Celebrities have been using capsules with placenta. I am definitely trying this and since the coronavirus is visiting the United States, it will be a good time to boost the immunity too.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
