I enjoy taking a good magnesium. i believe it is vital for good health. This brand also helps me to relax and sleep better at night. Overall it just a good supplement to take and the reputation of Solaray is exceptional

...I've been taking SOLARAY 200 mg MAGNESIUM daily, for 20 years!<br />this is NOT THE SAME..!!!!

I take these Chelated Magnesium caps because they are easily absorbed in my body.

I have since contacted Solaray directly. They stated that they had indeed changed their bottles, their label information, and the label paper itself. This product is fine. Please disregard my previous post.

I live in San Francisco that has v v low magnesium in our otherwise great water (from Yosemite National Park- Hetch Hetchy Dam) Hence I take a fair amount of magnesium to keep my levels up .... the taste is innocuous in gel cap form.
