I am a long time user of Nexium. 15+ years. It works very well in tablet and capsule form. No issues whatsoever, no brake through reflux. The clear minis however, which Amazon now carries, are horrendously ineffective. It's like not taking anything at all. Reflux like crazy. Read the reviews on here, they all say that the clear minis do not work. The reason why it looks like overall they have 5 star reviews, is because the reviews are mixed with those of the capsules, which indeed are a fine product. These clear minis are defective, and Nexium needs to revisit their decision to put them out. You have been warned. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

This actually beats the highly expensive prescription strength Prilosec. I purchased for my mother before and it does sustain her for up to 24 hours. Recently her doctor had put her on Prilosec (proton pump inhibitor) which would work somewhat throughout the day but she would have breakthrough acid later at night while trying to sleep. I decided to order this again which has been 100% successful both throughout the day and night. I understand it's costly but prescription strength Prilosec with insurance cost her $40 imagine it without. I highly recommend Nexium hands down.

I have been taking Nexium for several years and have had excellent results from the medication.

It works, just have to take everyday.

These do the job better than other brands. A nice tiny capsule.
