Bought this for my mother who is kosher. She absolutely loved it! Great product.

The main reason I bought these vitamins was to get the benefits such as increased energy, increase brain performance and help with my eye health with omega-3 supplements without worrying whether the ingredient/s, such as gelatin is Haram alhumdulillah. These vitamins are not just only halal, not only helped me with energy it's balanced my appetite for example, I don't have as much cheese and chocolate cravings. They still somewhat exist though lol. Some how it seems like my sleeping habits are balanced like I seem to get a better night's t sleep for some reason since I took the vitamins.

Serving size should state as 1000mg or 300mg of omega 3per capsule.

Good product, those who are looking for gelatin free or halal ones, this is a good option to buy. The packing was good too.
