I used to buy this product, but not any more, after becoming aware of how deleterious to your health seed oils are. I am trying to reduce my omega 6 linoleic acid intake. This product contains sunflower oil. I switched to Swanson D3, which uses coconut oil instead of seed oils.

Just received my bottle today, and they are completely useless. All capsules are stuck together. Shaking them did not separate the capsules, neither did letting the bottle cool completely down. So disappointed since I have read such great reviews about this product.

Vit. D-3 is a great anti-carcinogenic and necessary for hormonal balance. This is a quality product and exceptionally easy to swallow.

I love their product! I don’t think I will ever use a different company.
