I'm so happy with NusaPure Magnesium Malate
I'm so happy with NusaPure Magnesium Malate. I used to take Source Naturals for over 5 years for fibromalgia pain (which was really Lyme disease.) I had to take 7 big tablets (horse pills) a day to get close to 1000 mg. of magnesium malate, but I only need to take 3 smaller capsules per day and get 1350 mg, which is even more helpful with relieving some of my muscle and joint pain. I noticed the difference in my pain level within a few days. NusaPure is more economical, too, and doesn't have the fillers that Source Naturals does. The only other ingredients are gelatin (capsules) and rice powder. It's non-GMO, gluten-free, and made in the U.S. I'm sticking with this brand.

Questionalbe quality
I switched to this brand in 2018 to help me with my RLS and leg cramps. The brand I was using before relieved my RLS symptoms, but was no longer available. I started taking two Nusa Pure capsules a day and after having no luck with my symptoms, increased to 3 and 4 per day. Unfortunately, this brand didn't seem as effective, if at all, as the other brand I was taking prior to switching. A few weeks ago, I started researching different brands to order and came across this brand again. When I read the description and read the label, I noticed the same serving size of 3 capsules didn't provide the same percentage of daily value as the ones I bought last year. I compared everything listed on both bottles and except for "Other ingredients," both seemed to have identical amount of magnesium malate (1350mg). I contacted the company via Amazon and raised the question why the new bottle provides 64% daily value of magnesium while mine claimed 337%. I received a short answer that the formulation was a new vegetarian capsule. The response didn't address my question, to say the least. I emailed the company again and asked the same question, focusing on the discrepancy between the daily value percentage of the two, seemingly identical, products with the exception of the cap formula. I received the same answer. I was going to ask them about the brown stuff circled on both labels, but decided not waste my time with this company any more. If they are suggesting the contents of the capsules are brown, I have white powder in mine. I've attached a copy of the emails below to help you decide if this brand is the right one for your needs. There maybe a perfect explanation to all this, but after reaching out to the company, I didn't get any clarification.

Email #1: I ordered 4 bottles of magnesium malate in March, 2018. I was about to order more of the same when I noticed a discrepancy under the supplement facts between my last order and the new listing. They both state 1350mg of magnesium malate per 3 capsules, but my old bottle claims 337% of daily value per serving vs. 64% for the new listing. I would appreciate an explanation as I'm very puzzled as to which label is more accurate.
Response: It's a new caps and a new vegetarian formulation.

Email #2: Your response didn’t answer my question. Please review my question and the attached picture and explain how the new formula with the same amount of magnesium malate provides less than 1/5 of what was stated on my old bottle. I’d like to hear from you before contacting Amazon and write an unfair review.

Thank you
Response: Formulation has changed with a different vegetarian capsule size. Ingredients have been updated as our supplement fact.
Have a wonderful day!
Tracy

Leg cramp relief
I have found for years now the best way to eliminate leg cramps is to take magnesium malate. It works best for me. There are other types of magnesium suppliments but not all are absorbed. So when you find the right one stick with it. This dealer is fast response. Delivery great.

Lots of benefits!
Mag Malate is the “energy magnesium”., so it’s best not to take it too late in the day.
One capsule with morning decaf coffee and avocado & egg toast….
Benefits I’ve experienced:
*Within 20-30 mins of ingestion, my brain & body wake up without the jitters of caffeine.
*It perks up my mood. Seriously....I’m joyful!
*It suppresses my appetite.
*It relieves the tingling sensation in my arms.
*Relaxes bowel muscles (you’ll “go” within an hour)
*No upset stomach when taken with food.

Note: I’ve tried other brands and they haven’t been effective or as long lasting as this brand has been for me.

Google the different forms of magnesium, as they serve different purposes. (Sleep, constipation, leg cramps, etc).

Easy to swallow
Finally...a magnesium pill that I can swallow. Small capsules that are not chalky horse pills. Better than the previous brand I had that I had to chew in order to get down. I will order again, so happy to have found them.

Misleading label - only 56mg of Mg per capsule, not 450mg
So I'm not saying this particular magnesium malate is bad. After all it's just magnesium malate. Any reviewer that gives it a poor rating based on how it affects them it's not the problem of the magnesium. It's their body that's the problem! Anyway, with that said, my issue with this magnesium is their label. Their label is a pack of lies saying that this has 1350 mg of magnesium per three capsules is a bunch of baloney - 450mg each. This is intentional mislabeling and is the second company on Amazon that I've seen do this. The other one is a Zazee who also misled people about their magnesium glycinate until they eventually got so many 1-star reviews for the gross mislabeling that they finally changed it. So I emailed the company and they sated, "each capsule of this magnesium contains 56 mg of elemental magnesium per 450 mg/caps." Obviously, three then is 168mg and you need about 8 capsules a day for the approximate equivalent of the recommended 400mg RDA. So in essence this is a 15-day supply.
NusaPure. Magnesium Malate 1,350mg per serving Vegan/Vegetarian, Non-GMO and Gluten-Free. 200 veggie caps for a 66-day supply. Serving size is 3 capsules. Manufactured in the USA in a cGMP registered facility with high standards. Our formulations are crafted with high quality ingredients and care.
