so much more energy with this multivitamin compared to my normal one. my times for long distance runs has improved a lot. and I have so much energy to do my workouts even though I am up at 4 am then work all day. I am also 58 years old. smartest buy I ever did. so glad I checked the search bar and came across this.

Suffering from a terrible condition known as getting older, and decided to be more disciplined with my diet. Added more plants and this multi in pursuit of better high intensity/ interval training performance. Result is a consistent difference in my energy level and an edge in training I did not previously have. Like other reviewers have mentioned, energy levels are at an all time high after using this product.<br /><br />Stats don’t lie. Being a food supplement skeptic runner, I have to admit it took a convincing conversation with a runner colleague for me to even try a free multivitamin product. I decided to put gap||vitamin to a real test over 8 weeks: performance monitoring over 4 weeks with the multivitamin followed by 4 weeks without the product. To maintain running consistency over 8 weeks I used an in-door running track. Here are the results: First four weeks- elevated energy level, faster pace, minimal perspiration, not to mention the psychological benefits; end of second four weeks - energy level and pace essentially where I was at the start of the eight weeks. Needless to say, &#34;I'm convinced gap||vitamin will enhance running performance!

I have to admit...I was very skeptical about a vitamin that was tailored to runners...and who are vegan.<br />Being vegan, yes it is tough sometimes to get the proper nutrients needed to sustain yourself day in and day out training. I run around 5-6 miles a day in Florida so it can get very hot and really hammer my body. I started taking these on a Saturday and ran my first run on Monday. I can tell you I noticed a measurable difference from the onset of my run. It usually takes me a mile to get feeling comfortable and into my groove. I immediately felt like I was in the groove and ran my first mile about 30 seconds faster than I normally do. The back end of my run was still the same that I've been accustomed to. I didn't have a significant drop off in stamina. I did my standard recovery stretching routine. The next morning my legs and calves felt better and my knees and ankles felt "fresh" (if that makes sense). Overall I'm extremely happy and will be buying more down the road.
