I started these in 2015~ because I was diagnosed with osteoporosis~ at my next two year bone density test 2017 I had improved~2019~ my bone density test has improved to ostopena~ even the Doctor ~asked what I had been doing~

I was impressed with the description of this product and thought I'd give it a try. I found it to be easy to swallow and tolerated it well. However, when I looked at the amount of actual calcium in each pill, it is quite low (400 mg, so a total of 31% RDA for calcium by taking 2 pills). So now, in addition to taking 2 of these pills, I'm needing to take additional pills to get the amount of calcium I need. If you only need a small amount of calcium this might be a great option, but for me it was disappointing. I should have read more carefully. Don't make the same mistake! These are expensive vitamins.

The bottle recommends 2 capsules a day. 2 capsules only provide 31% DV for calcium. One would need to take 6 capsules a day to even come close the the daily requirement. No wonder you cant find this information listed on the back of the bottle until you receive it in the mail.

I would wake up during the night screaming in pain. I had read that calcium magnesium could help. Andrew Lessman’s vitamins and supplements are the best you can buy. I recommend this product to anyone that gets cramps or spasms.
