I was a member of the Got Chocolate Milk Team, so I am a strong advocate of Chocolate Milk as a recovery method. I have had a lot of Recovery drinks and none came close to good old chocolate milk, until I found SKRATCH Labs Sport Recovery Drink. It is my must drink after a solid workout. The flavor is OUT OF THE WORLD good. When I put it in a blender with frozen blueberries, skim milk and ice it is a frothy delicious reward.

My husband’s go to recovery drink and it tastes really good and creamy... I wish it came in a container with a twist cap like his gaterade endurance powder as the zipper tends to break off half way through of use and we have to move the rest into a container usually... Even with that trouble this is the best tasting recovery shake out there!
Skratch makes a great product. Drank this every day during a week-long 450 mile ride and muscles were ready to go the next day, even after a 107 mile day. Tastes great and mixes easily as well!

I bought this to be an official recovery drink after hard training, but when mixed according to the instructions, it's a watery version of chocolate milk. It may have more nutrients and less sugar, but it doesn't replicate the creaminess or satisfaction of a glass of chocolate milk.
